How to Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions

I also became an informed citizen, expanded my musical knowledge, got ahold of my biggest nemesis (my email inbox), got into the best physical shape of my life, read four books, and stopped myself from saying the word “like,” like, every other sentence, like. How’d I do it? Read on.
